Project Bear Hugs: Paws & Pillows Make a Difference Across America

What the Event Is: Project Beer Hugs Presents Paws and Pillows: Make a Difference Across America is a one-day nationwide donation and concert event aimed at supporting children, the elderly, and pets affected by disasters. Across the 48 contiguous states, we will collect new stuffed animals, comfort items, and pet supplies to provide immediate relief. The day will culminate and concerts and select cities, with ticket sales supporting local grassroots organizations.

What Will Be Happening: 

Donation Drive: Locations in each of the 48 contiguous states, prominently placed in community centers, major retail stores, and public spaces.

Concerts: Select cities, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Miami (more locations to be announced). Proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to local grassroots organizations, actively involved in disaster, relief, and recovery efforts.

What We Are Collecting: 

• New stuffed animals: provide comfort and emotional support to children.
• Comfort items: blankets, pillows, and personal hygiene items for children and the elderly.
• Activities: books, puzzles, and games for the kids and the elderly.
• Pet supplies: beds, toys, and collapsible food, and water bowl for pets.
• Project mission: mission is to reduce physical and mental impacts of disasters, the most vulnerable populations: children, the elderly, and pets, and those in marginalized communities.
