Flexible 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation and refundable deposit for reservation stays now through June 30, 2020, when cancellation received at least 24 hours* prior to scheduled arrival date and time (*reduced from standard 48 hours). Cancellations made after that time will be subject to a penalty of first night’s room rate plus tax. Reservations during special events and city-wide events (e.g., Reno Rodeo) may be subject to cancellation terms of up to 72 hours.
