Make sure to mark your calendars for the 2024 RSA Convention and Trade Show held at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Studios. This beautiful facility provides a gorgeous backdrop in sunny Florida with dozens of entertainment and dining options nearby. Early bird registration ends April 8, 2024 to receive discounted rates. Rates will then increase to pre-registration fees until April 12, 2024. Registrations after this date will need to be done onsite at the event.
Registration Example: If you are registering 5 people to attend, you must select two First and Second Delegates, two Third and Fourth Delegates, and one Fifth Delegate. You can not select 5 of the 5th Delegate rate. The discounts are on a scale - the more individuals you register, the cheaper it is for those other individuals to attend. Registration order does not matter, either, as it doesn't appear anywhere on your badge.
Note: Delegates 1-4 come with president's dinner tickets. Delegates 5 and over don't come with president's dinner tickets and need to be purchased separately if they intend to attend the dinner.
