- Average age of 35-55; 55% are married with children in their household. Focusing on raising their children right and sending them to college.
- 97% own a home, and 62% have both home and auto insurance. Knowledgeable about insurance and have a high openness to switching providers.
- Over-index in many leisure activities like dining out, traveling, museums/zoos, baking, home decorating, photography, entertaining, theatre, etc.
Promotional Objective: To reward American Family customers via the DreamKeep
Rewards loyalty program for simply being an American Family customer; as it’s a loyalty program the rewards piece is on-going.
Volumes: a phased roll-out to all 19 states starting in October 2017 with Illinois, followed by Nebraska in Jan 18. The rest of the state launched is being confirmed. Total AmFam customer base is 8 million.
Promotional Period: starting October 25 2017 – October 31, 2018
- Customer accesses the DreamKeep Rewards platform
- Customer visits microsite, submits zip code, and chooses a partner venue/offer in their location.
- Customer brings in Fun Pass voucher to Partner venue to redeem.
